Are you interested in some of the best sleep of your life? The Sugar Creek Lakehouse has been loved for years by hundreds of guests year round. A charming year round cottage, the house is located on a long narrow and partially wooded lot. Whether your stay is during the Summer, Winter, Fall or Spring, the house accommodates all requests. The house is sunny and bright with Western exposures and has been recently remodeled with all the comforts of home. Not interested in outdoor activities, sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy some hot cocoa during the winter.
Kitchen
The central room in the house, the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and serving items. In addition to offering a full sized refrigerator, freezer, stove oven, and other appliances, the kitchen is beautifully decorated in a modern country appeal. The newly renovated design featuring an open floor plan allows for ease of entertaining and dining.
Living Room
With stunning, panoramic views of the lake, the living room is located immediately next to the kitchen. Ideal for serving oversized groups, the living room and kitchen can act as one for entertaining. Featuring a wood burning fireplace, the living room offers an open floor plan into the Kitchen. For larger parties, the living room can entertain during the day and serve as a bedroom at night. In addition to the full sized sofa, a queen sized inflatable bed is offered for additional sleeping accommodations.
Dining Room
The dining room offers a cozy setting for enjoying meals with your group. With stunning lake views, the dining room gives a panoramic view of the lake and grounds. Standard seating is for 6 but additional chairs are available to accommodate 8-10 people.
Den/Bedroom
Featuring a comfy Queen sofa sleeper, the Den offers a large tv, cable and a dvd player. Fall asleep to music or programming and awake to beautiful views of the lake. This is the only bedroom offering lake views through french doors.
Bedrooms
The Master bedroom features a queen sized bed, and a full-sized closet. Space is available for a portable crib or for adventurous guests spending the night in sleeping bags.
The second bedroom features two full sized beds, and a full-sized closet.
